Troy Naef helps organizations turn strategy into results. He holds a Master of Accounting from Brigham Young University and began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, working with companies ranging from IPO-stage businesses to Fortune 500 organizations.
Over time, he has served as Controller, VP of Operations, CFO, and COO across industries including medical, construction, legal, and nonprofit. That range has shaped a clear perspective: while every business is different, the principles that drive performance are not. The challenge is applying them with clarity, discipline, and consistency.
Troy is known for operating at the intersection of numbers and execution, simplifying complexity, improving efficiency, and helping leadership teams focus on what actually moves the business forward. His approach is structured and practical, grounded in the belief that strategy only matters if it changes behavior.
As a founder who has successfully exited a company through private equity, he brings firsthand experience in building and scaling organizations.
